We offer only offer Standard Shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and bookings@qthouston.com photos of the damaged items.

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
