Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Specific timelines will be communicated during checkout or via email.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • We offer only offer Standard Shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  with your order number and bookings@qthouston.com photos of the damaged items.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
